The food is here always exceeds expectations! The desserts are exceptional! Highly recommend the Brûléed miso caramel custard tart, that was incredible and the highlight of the menu. I’ve never had a bad meal here and they change their menu throughout the year so it’s never boring to eat here.

We stopped in for breakfast, was delicious. Had to wait a little while for it but ur was well worth it and was gone within minutes. We did have an allergy at the table so maybe that's why. There was a member of staff with a beard and glasses that eye balled me and looked annoyed when I moved a plate on our table which I wasnt impressed with, they have a red flag inso wouldn't get mixed up! The other people that served us were amazing and so friendly still while ur was all so busy.. I recommend going whilst in Portsmouth

I recently celebrated a festive party here and it was nothing short of brilliant! The food was top-notch, especially the Forest Mushroom & Black Garlic Arancini and Sticky Asian Fried Chicken—everything was tasty and well presented. The staff were super welcoming, and the atmosphere made our gathering even more special. Booking was a breeze, and I couldn't recommend this place more for a festive celebration! Will definitely be back!

We had starters, mains and dessert but honestly forgot to take pictures of the mains and dessert. We loved the starters! Portions were a good size. The taste was really good. We didnt wait long for any of our meals. The service and hosts were amazing! We were unable to make a booking online but called the night before and they were able to reserve a table for us. We will definitely be going back. We have family from South Africa that will be visiting soon and we definitely bringing them to this place.

Your staff is incredible. Hardworking, dedicated people. Very busy place on Saturday evening. I came here to attend a company Christmas dinner. The actual setting and decoration were really pretty. Food was ok. I really liked the starters.

We came to Cozy Club (as we always do. one of our favourite spots), and today our server Anna made the experience even better. She was incredibly kind, patient and attentive throughout our visit, genuinely one of the sweetest servers we’ve had! She checked on us just the right amount, and made us feel really looked after. Thank you Anna :) you made a place we already love feel even more special today.

First visit, I don’t always expect much from a chain restaurant but honestly everything was exceptional. The decor and music made for a relaxing atmosphere and a sense of occasion (no small feat in a shopping centre!) The cocktails were delicious, as was the food, and the service was excellent from Katie. Highly recommended and we’ll come again :)

We came here for new years evening and it's totally worth the ticket price for the 4 course meal with live music! Brilliant service by the server lewy tonight. Top marks
